Question 1

What is brokercoreai?

Accepted Answer

brokercoreai is a brokerage operating platform: CRM and client management, finance and accounting, operations and approvals, a client portal, an IB partner program, and MT5 integration — in one system, instead of five disconnected tools.

Question 2

Who is brokercoreai for?

Accepted Answer

Brokerages and financial intermediaries who need real double-entry accounting, structured KYC, configurable approval workflows and MT5 connectivity — and want to run it under their own brand, in English and Arabic.

Question 3

Does it support multi-tenancy and white-label?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each brokerage runs as an isolated tenant with its own branding, and can run under its own domain. See White-Label Setup for details.

Question 4

What about MT5?

Accepted Answer

brokercoreai models trading accounts and sync against an adapter architecture built for MT5, including a mock service so onboarding and training can start before the live connection is wired up.

Question 5

Can we build our own approval workflows?

Accepted Answer

Yes — deposits, withdrawals, expenses and income requests each route through a workflow you configure, with approval, execution and accounting kept as separate, logged steps.

Question 6

How does KYC work?

Accepted Answer

Each client has a structured KYC review inside their record — documents attach with signed, time-limited links, and reviewers work through defined steps with a full audit trail.

Question 7

Does it support Arabic and RTL?

Accepted Answer

Yes, fully — the platform and client portal both support English and Arabic with correct RTL layout, not a mirrored stylesheet. This website is built the same way.

Question 8

Where does our data live — self-hosted or cloud?

Accepted Answer

Both are possible. brokercoreai deploys on your own infrastructure via Docker, or we can host it for you — the platform doesn't require our cloud to run.

Question 9

How secure is it?

Accepted Answer

Role-based access control with fine-grained permissions, full audit logging on every change, and TOTP-based two-factor authentication are built into the platform. Tenant data is scoped at the application layer, with database-level row-level security available as an additional deployment-time hardening step. Ask us about data residency and retention for your specific setup during a demo.

Question 10

How long does onboarding take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your chart of accounts, workflow complexity and whether MT5/PSP connections are involved — we scope this precisely during Discovery, the first step of Onboarding & Implementation.

Question 11

What does the AI actually do — and not do?

Accepted Answer

It drafts, summarizes, flags and recommends across client support, KYC review, operations and reporting. It does not approve requests, move money, or make a compliance decision — a person always does that.

Question 12

Is there a mobile app?

Accepted Answer

A client mobile app — view account, top up, request withdrawal, upload KYC, push notifications — is on our roadmap and in development. It's not available today; we'd rather say that clearly than promise a date.

Question 13

What does pricing look like?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on your setup — number of tenants, modules in use, and onboarding scope. Tell us about your brokerage and we'll quote it directly, no list price guessing.

Question 14

How do I get a demo?

Accepted Answer

Use the Request a Demo form on this site, or email us directly — we typically respond within one business day.
